Protection of the right to:

- Personal Liberty
- Freedom from slavery & forced labour
- Freedom from inhuman treatment
- Freedom from deprivation of property
- Protection from arbitrary search or entry
- Protection of the law
- Freedom of expression
- Freedom of conscience
- Free Assembly
